Group from The Hague featuring Meike Touw (v, to Tutti Frutti), Josée van Iersel (v,
ex-Hauser Orkater), Hans Vandenburg (v, g, ex-Leo Unger Group), Erik Wehrmeyer (b, to
Warren Harry), Peter Calicher (o, p, ex-Pan) and Max Mollinger (dr,
ex-Pan). In 1976, they first entered the spotlight with their own brand of music which contained elements of all kinds of different styles woven in together. In 1979, they broke up for one year, during which Hans worked with the
Buddy Odor Stop. In 1980, they came back together - this time without Meike, Josée and Erik.
Josée and Meike met up again in 1982 in the Tweeters. The line-up in 1980 was: Hans, Peter, Max, Martin Bakker (b,
ex-Buddy Odor Stop, in 1981 to Mark
Foggo), Laurens de Jonge (s), Silvia Tuankotto (v, s), Jan de Ligt (s), Edwin Theuerzeit (tr) and Lies Schilp (v, soon replaced by Giny de Bruin,
ex-White Honey, who left in 1980 for Turbo).
