A pseudonym for Yvonne Paay from Rotterdam, sister of Patricia Paay with whom she worked as a background singer. In 1972, she met Steve Harley of English rock group Cockney Rebel and left with him for England. She continued on over there as a session vocalist and can be heard on records by Kiki Dee, Alan Parsons Project and Cockney Rebel. In 1981 she returned to the Netherlands.

Vocalist from Rotterdam, began singing in the jazz orchestra of her father's, called the Evergreens. She also did a lot of backing work with her sister Yvonne for, a.o. Golden Earring, Tee Set and the Cats. Prior to 1970, she recorded solo as Patricia. As Patricia And The Harbourlights she recorded "Tambourine Girl". She was also a member of Honeypie, Himalaya (1971) and Heart (around 1974). In 1975, Patricia launched a solo career proper as a disco artist.
