Yesterday's Children (Map City 3012) 1969
Reissues: CD and LP (Akarma AK 179)

To Be Or Not To Be/Baby I Want You (Parrot 314) 1966
What Of I / Evil Woman (Map City 304) 1970

From the Cheshire and Prospect areas of Connecticut, these guys started out playing classic garage fuzz-punk as demonstrated by To Be Or Not To Be. They'd progress to a hard rock style, of which the LP is a good example and worth searching out.

There's also a French EP on Discaz 1101 that features the Parrot 45 tracks plus Love And Things and Dance All Night, so perhaps there's another US 45.

The double-CD retrosepctive on Collectables comprises one CD by the North Atlantic Invasion Force and one by Yesterday's Children. This contains the complete LP, early/demo versions of the Parrot 45s and several unreleased cuts from 1966 including the couple on that French EP.

Compilation appearances have included: To Be Or Not To Be on Psychedelic Unknowns, Vol. 2 (Dbl 7"); Love And Things and Gloria on Green Crystal Ties Vol. 3 (CD); Love And Things on It's A Hard Life (LP); A Well Respected Man and Anyway You Want It on I Wanna Come Back From The World Of LSD (CD); Love And Things, To Be Or Not To Be (two versions), Gloria, Dance All Night (two versions), Baby I Want You, Laugh At Me, Paranoia, Sad Born Loser, What If I, She's Easy, Sailing, Providence Bummer, Evil Woman, Hunter's Moon on The History Of Connecticut Garage Bands In The 60s (Dbl CD).
